"Mom... Dad... what can we do when we are outside?"

Here are some ideas for the kids to do while they are outside enjoying the snow.o

1.Go sledding
2. Build a snowman.
3. Go ice skating.
4. Build an outdoor fort or igloo.

5. Play hide and seek.
6. Go on scavenger hunt.
7. Bundle up and go on a walk.
8. Shovel your driveway or maybe a neighbors?
9. Blow bubbles and watch what happens to them in the cold.
10. Put water and food color in spray bottles and let the kids color the snow.
11. Draw a tic tac toe board in the snow and play. Use leaves and sticks as your markers.
12. Go tubing or downhill skiing.
13. Play freeze tag.
14. Make snow angels.
15. Have a snowball fight.
16. See who can throw their snowball the furthest.
17. String popcorn and berries and hang them in the trees for the birds.
18. Look for animal tracks.
19. Play follow the leader.
20. Make an obstacle course.
21. Hide an object and have others try to find it. (A part of the item has to be visible.)
22. Make snow castles.
23. Play tug-o-war and the losing team falls in a pile of snow.
24. Go snowshoeing.
25. Create a snow maze by shoveling a maze through your yard.
