Thanks to Melissa for sharing her review and wonderful photos of this week's featured park!

I have been to the soccer fields surrounding this park many times but never took the time after a game to visit Steve Michaud Park. Formally known as North Park, this park is worth a visit. Unlike most other parks, this is made of wood! It has castles, bridges, an area for puppet shows, and awesome hiding areas.

The park is completely shaded which is a plus for my family of redheads! Most of the park flooring is sand but there is a toddler area that was added on with brand new wood chips.

There are benches everywhere inside the park as well as surrounding the outside. It's great for meeting up with friends because you all can actually sit next to each other!

This park's accessibility is also a great feature - it starts out a ramp and continues on as a whole maze of fun. Oh! and when we were there, there was a Blady's BBQ food truck!

We will definitely visit again soon!
