Rockin' Jump is the South Metro's newest indoor family activity center located just 2 minutes from the Twin Cities Outlet Mall. We’re run by people like you who want to exercise with our kids, but also like to have fun. Lots of fun. So instead of stair climbers and weight machines, we decided to create a place where all ages can soar in open jump arenas, play trampoline dodgeball, rock climb, explore a 5 level SoftPlay structure, play challenging arcade games and do flips and tricks into a giant stunt air bag. We also wanted a new alternative for birthday parties and family gatherings, with quality food and private party rooms where our kids could safely play while we socialized with other parents.
At ROCKIN’ JUMP you get the exercise you need and lots of laughs along the way. The Eagan indoor trampoline park location is open daily and offers special activities of all kinds. Everything about us is dedicated to Safe. Clean. Fun.™ and excellent hospitality.

Rockin' Wednesdays - Every Wednesday pay for one hour at $14 and we'll make it two hours for each paid jumper. That's a $10 savings per person and two hours of jump time.
Rockin’ Tots - Our ROCKIN’ TOTS TIME offers an opportunity for children 6 and under to jump without all the big kids every Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and Sundays from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Holiday hours may apply. Just think, kids can burn calories and get a bit nuts, while you still fit in time to socialize with your other ROCKIN’ TOTS friends. Does that sound fun or what?

Rockin’ Fridays & Saturdays - Rockin’ Fridays & Saturdays offer our “All Ages” 2 hour event when we turn on the black lights, bring out the glow in the dark dodgeballs and basketballs and turn up the music. Be ready to jump, laugh with friends, and enjoy an evening of “fitness and competition disguised as fun”. There is something for everyone at the Rockin’ Jump Eagan indoor trampoline park, whether you want to climb, jump, dodge, dunk or relax and have a bite to eat, we are the place for you.
What else we offer:
Parties - There’s no need to look any further for your next birthday party, grad night, family celebration, team building event, corporate retreat or sports league celebration. ROCKIN’ JUMP offers a truly unique party experience with an amazing indoor trampoline park facility full of exciting attractions where party goers will have a blast. You will also enjoy a dedicated party host and private party room where your guests can relax and enjoy themselves while they socialize and eat food and cake. Fundraisers - Rockin’ Jump offers your group the opportunity to share in the proceeds of an event at our park. You will promote the event to your wide net of supporters, who will in turn visit our park on a specific day and indicate they are here for the fundraiser. We will then rebate back to you a percentage of the day’s jump time proceeds to help your organization with it’s funding needs. Learn more about their fundraisers here.
